Ribbon technique...gotta try this one.

I found this cool Idea by Jennifer McGuire and thought it was perfect to share.

First, grab a piece of typing paper. (Using a thin paper helps to minimize the bulk that will be punched through.) Apply a generous amount of dry adhesive and lay the ribbons over it. It is best to not use thick ribbons.

Next, apply a thin layer or Strano Ribbon stiffener and let it dry. If you don't have this product, you can also use a clear liquid finisher, such as Judikin's Diamond Glaze.

Once it is completely dry, carefully punch through the ribbon with your circle punch. You may need to rotate the angle of the punch a few times to get through. If needed, trim the edges.

These make perfect accents on your Layouts.
(Sorry no pic of the actual LO or ribbon embellishment, copyrighted I 'm sure.)
