Every week DBPP will feature an auction that one of our members has listed on eBay....make sure to check in regularly, the auctions will continually change and we will feature auctions with all things scrapbooking!! Everything from supplies, to pre-made layouts, to altered art, shaped albums and anything else you can imagine!
Do you do private auctions for select customers? Have you ever received an email from a customer asking you to set one up for them? How did you handle this.

Yes I have. I make the order & put it up as buy it now in my Ebay store with no pic's. If they want to see pic's before, I email them to them. I don't start any custom work until I receive payment too. I know sellers who haven't & after the work is done they've not heard from the person again. :)
Yes I have too. When ever I have custom work I list it with a very strange title. I do this because one time the custom work was bought by someone else before the intended buyer had a chance to purchase it.
Ebay used to have a way that you could list a "private" auction. I've listed several custom orders that way, but I think they may have done away with that option of listing because I haven't been able to find that option the last 3 or 4 mos now.
It's frustrating because I've had a few custom orders that were purchased by other buyers before the person it was intended for got to purchase it. Which is good & bad. Good that you're making the sale...bad that you have to try to find time to put another piece together!
